 Placement counsellors are skilled in providing talking therapies for those experiencing depression, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic pain, irritability, concentration difficulties, or life challenges such as loss, relationship struggles, or work stress. However, they may not be the best fit for individuals wanting to process a history of repeated or long-term trauma. 

All sessions with placements require an assessment, to agree your goals for therapy.

These can be done over the phone during the following times:

Tuesday 9am, 3.15pm

Wednesday 9am, 3.15pm

Your assessment will take approximately 30 minutes

& cost £30

You can book as assessment with a qualified therapist, by emailing us.

A qualified therapist (Gilly, Nadine, Florence or Rafella) will respond to your email according to your needs.

Florence works with couples.

Gilly Offers EMDR & Trauma focused work.

Rafella & Nadine have broad experience to cover most general aspects of therapy.

Nadine or Rafella will arrange a telephone assessment.

30mins is charged at £30

Gilly completes all Trauma related Assessments

Take 60mins & you'll get a written summary.

Charged at £65

One of our qualified therapists will respond to your enquiry and arrange an initial assessment of your needs.

 We are ethically unable to liase with any third parties. 

It is helpful if you include your general availability as you will generally be offered regular session.

We prefer to work in person.

An initial assessment for general counselling takes approximately 30mins and costs £30.

All trauma related assessments require 60mins and cost £65 and can be done face to face or remotely

Both Gilly & Susie are trained to process trauma.

Because we are very busy enquiries that do not respond within 72 hours will automatically be archived.
