All fees of regular sessions due 48 hrs in advance :
Placement session fee's £30
Face to Face - Qualified EMDR/AMDR Therapist fee's are confidential & range from £65.
Our assessments are charged at £65 for an hour. During this time we gather information on your current symptoms to help us decide the next appropriate action.
Session Fee's are usually agreed during the assessment session along with a treatment plan.
Fees of adhoc sessions require payment 7 days in advance & 7 days notice to cancel.
Retrospective Payments
Payments made 48hours + AFTER the booked session - carry an additional admin fee of £25 if late payment is not previously agreed.
Reduced Fee Counselling
There are very few trauma trained counsellors in Wiltshire and in an attempt to ensure we have more in years to come I am offering placements and mentoring to counsellors in their graduation year.

Single Missed Session with notice
Cancelled & acknowledged providing
2 working days notice £0.
Where the office is closed for Christmas, Easter and the August, Summer break we would ask clients who have booked sessions for the week when the office reopens, to honour those paid sessions as there is insufficient notice to fill cancelled sessions when the office is closed.
Single Missed Session
All other cancellations / missed sessions charged at your usual session rate unless otherwise agreed. It is not always possible to reschedule sessions cancelled at short notice. Charges above assume payment will be made within 24 hours of the session date.
Repeated Missed Session
Where repeated cancellations occur, clients will be invited to get back in touch when they are able to commit, to prevent long waiting lists & unutilised availability.

Prices & availability reviewed & brought in line with market rates every 6 months.

Where fees remain unpaid after 14 days and without appropriate communications debts are passed to an external service provider at this stage an addition £20 admin fee will be applied. The priviledge of confidentiality can not be sustained in these circumstances.
