Pay as you go …
All fees of regular sessions due 48 hrs in advance :
Each Therapist has slightly different fees.
Gilly Chapell
Trauma Informed Talking Therapy £60
Sessions Occuring Fortnightly, Monthly £65
Qualified EMDR/AMDR Therapist fee's £75.
Trauma Assessments completed by Gilly Chapell are charged at £65 for an hour.
During this time we gather information on your current symptoms to help us decide the next appropriate action. If you do not cover everything you want to share in the first hour you are welcome to book additional assessment time.
Session Fee's are usually agreed during the assessment session along with a treatment plan.
Fee's of adhoc sessions require payment 7 days in advance & 7 days notice to cancel.
Retrospective Payments
Payments made 48hours + AFTER the booked session - carry an additional admin fee of £25 if late payment is not previously agreed.

Single Missed Session with notice
Cancelled & Acknowledged providing
2 working days notice £0.
Where the office is closed for Christmas, Easter and the August, Summer break we would ask clients who have booked sessions for the week when the office reopens, to honour those paid sessions as there is insufficient notice to fill cancelled sessions when the office is closed.
Single Missed Session
All other cancellations / missed sessions charged at your usual session rate unless otherwise agreed. It is not always possible to reschedule sessions cancelled at short notice. Charges above assume payment will be made within 24 hours of the session date.
Repeated Missed Session
Where repeated cancellations occur, clients will be invited to get back in touch when they are able to commit, to prevent long waiting lists & unutilised availability.
Outstanding Fees
Where fee's remain unpaid after 14 days and without appropriate communications debts are passed to an external service provider at this stage an addition £25 admin fee will be applied. The privilege of confidentiality cannot be sustained in these circumstances. We always remain happy to discuss outstanding fees to agree settlement.
