We have taken the risks of coronavirus transmission seriously and as such we follow the government guidelines as they change and update, introducing the necessary measures to keep you safe.
Currently we have a 2 meter high screen which stretches 1.5 meter wide to give both client and therapist the freedom to clear their throat without inducing too much fear. We have plenty of hand sanitiser used upon arrival and after session. The covers on client seating are washable and as such are removed after ever client and replaced to give each client the freedom to place their belongings and hands on the seating without concerns. Surfaces are sanitised between sessions and clients are asked to self certify them selves free of symptoms or contact upon arrival. The risk assessment was last reviewed in January 2022 and even though the government have relaxed some measures and increased them again, we have maintained the measures put in place in March 2021 as the risks to vulnerable people remain the same and covid doesn't appear to discriminate between who it impacts. Those who would prefer theri therapy work to take place online can easy achieve this by providing an email address. All video online work takes place via Zoom or over telephone calls. We trust you will support us in supporting you.
